Mission Statement
The purpose of the PNWS-AWWA Cross Connection Committee is to provide a communication network and information resource for cross connection specialist and testers through the states of Idaho, Oregon and Washington, with a focus on individual support, education and training.

Fall Cross Connection Control Basics- Training in a Box Series 9/22/26
In Person Training- 2 days to choose from September 22nd or 23rd .6 CEUs approved for WA, OR and ID This training will cover all the key aspects of developing and implementing a cross connection control program. Attendees will learn about establishing legal authority, assessing sites and hazards, the different types of backflow preventers, working with backflow assembly testers and investigating backflow incidents. Cases studies of interesting cross connection surveys and backflow incidents will be presented along with practical tips for conducting surveys and lessons learned.
